Someone said I’m slowly turning into a health freak. Wheatgrass, green tea, Veges, Fruits… ZOMG?
(Someone even called me the girl with BLUE TUMBLER wtf because i carry my water bottle everywhere i go -_-”. (Like for example to the sea when i went snorkelling in redang wtf. the people there i think was laughing like mad))

Not exactly actually. I’ve gain weight ever since i stopped going for yoga classes and started working. T_T Also because on weekdays after work , i am so tired and always have this feeling of rewarding myself after a hard day’s work and end up binging on good food and thereafter… a good sleep. Yes Cherrie, like a pig. O.^ oink oink. You would have notice on pictures that i have gain weight. sigh T_T.
And so i think diet starts tomorrow? haha. Went grocery shopping earlier and what i had in mind was JUST to grab biscuits and tidbits wtf for breakfast and midnight snacks but i ended up BUYING ALL OF THE ABOVE and of course many other things.
Let’s see.
Monday
Breakfast : Papaya!! (Papaya tastes heavenly with lime. Do you know that? haha). Green Tea.
Dinner : Garden Salad (Celery, Lettuce, Raisins, Carrots, Thousand Island Dressing), and Mushroom soup. Btw i love celery
Snack : Yogurt! yum
Tuesday
Breakfast : fuji APPLE!!!!! (an apple a day keeps the doctor away. lalala), Coffee with extra top foam. lol
Dinner : Broccoli! Mushroom soup. LOL. And i super duper love broccoli as well.
Snack : Wasabi Seaweed (totally addicted to this)
Wednesday
Breakfast : Grapefruit!! Again, my fav. Have it with Honey.
Dinner : Garden Salad, Mushroom soup, Yogurt
Snack : Raisins
I think by wednesday the supplies will run out. But we’ll see how far i can stick with this plan.
And lunch is not included because i should at least have ONE NORMAL MEAL per day right? LOL. i have a feeling it will be sushi on every other day. haha..
